Last weekend, industry tournaments were held among industrial and transport enterprises

On April 2 and 3, the final qualifying tournaments of the II season of the International Online Chess Business League took place. Chess lovers of industrial and transport enterprises met on the virtual boards of the Lichess online platform. A total of 124 teams of enterprises from Russia and Moldova took part in two tournaments.

On April 2, in the tournament among industrial enterprises, the success was celebrated by the team of the Zagorsky Pipe Plant from Sergiev Posad (consisting of: Andrey Rekhin, Dmitry Pivovarov, Sergey Dvorinkov), and on April 3, the team of Departmental Railway Security on the South Ural Railway from Chelyabinsk (Vladimir Tambov, Anatoly Bazhin, Sergey Fomin) participated in the tournament among transport enterprises.

Following the results of two tournaments, 19 teams made it to the finals. In addition to the winners , these are:

West Siberian branch of FPC (Novosibirsk), UOMZ (Yekaterinburg), Caustic (Volgograd), Gazprom Transgaz Kazan, HaloPolymer (Kirovo-Chepetsk), Orenburgneft (Buzuluk), RES (Novosibirsk), Central Research Institute Electropribor (St. Petersburg), Gazprom Transgaz Saratov, Ufaorgsintez (Ufa), NLMK - 2 (Lipetsk), RN-Purneftegaz (Gubkinsky), Zhigulevskaya HPP (Zhigulevsk), Udmurtneft (Izhevsk), Gazprom Dobycha Astrakhan, UEC-Star (Perm) and Polyus Project (Krasnoyarsk). The final will be held on April 16.
