The chess players of the Moscow Trade Union of Workers of the Russian Academy of Sciences became the strongest in the IX season

On December 14, the final tournament of the 9th season of the International Chess Online Business League was held. 37 teams of companies, enterprises, and organizations from Russia, Serbia, and Belarus took part in the tournament. As a result, the team Moscow Trade Union of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscow, consisting of Ivan Galyayev, Vsevolod Lyakhovetsky, and Andrey Galyayev) won with a score of 25.5 out of a possible 33. The Serbian team NIS Serbia (Novi Sad, consisting of Slobodan Jovanovski, Predrag Basta, Svetozar Tsekov) was 2 points behind the winners. The national team of the energy holding company T Plus (Moscow, consisting of: Konstantin Chikarev, Alexey Mikheev, Dmitry Saveliev) with a score of 21.5 points out of 33 possible.

The next tenth anniversary season of the International Online Chess Business League is scheduled for spring 2026.
