PhosAgro celebrates victory in the Industry Cup

On December 7, the 4th qualifying tournament of the IX season of the International Online Chess Business League was held on the online platform Lichess. The Cup of Industry gathered 46 teams of enterprises from all over the country, from the Murmansk Region to the Primorsky Territory, behind virtual boards. Throughout the tournament, there was a tight, stubborn struggle in the team competition, as a result of which no team could secure a solid lead from their pursuers. As a result, the Phosagro Volkhov team won with a score of 23.5 points out of 33 possible (Volkhov, consisting of: Maxim Yuminov, Denis Makalov, Vaclav Sukhanov). The chess players from the Norilsk Nickel - 2 team (Norilsk, consisting of Valery Skovorodin, Valery Lazarev, Oleg Migushov) lost only a shelf to the winners. The bronze medalists in additional indicators with a score of 22 points were chess players from Sibenergomash - BKZ (Barnaul). According to the coefficient, they were led by the LUKOIL Engineering team (Moscow).
