The Industry Cup was won by the Kirovo-Chepetsk HaloPolymer

Last Saturday, April 1, the fourth tournament of the IV season of the International Online Chess Business League took place. The Cup of Industry gathered 67 teams of enterprises from all over Russia under its banners - from Kaliningrad to Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. As a result of the eleven-round confrontation with a solid margin of 3 points, the victory was celebrated by the team of GaloPolymer Kirovo-Chepetsk (as part of: Konstantin Lyashenko, Maxim Yuminov, Vladimir Nikulin). It is worth noting that this is already the 4th (!) the victory of Vyatka chess players in the tournaments of the International Online Chess Business League. The second place with a score of 23 out of 33 points was won by the Gazprom Dobycha Orenburg team (consisting of: Oleg Karpeshov, Alexey Irkha, Evgeny Davydov) and the chemical giant team from Volgograd Caustic (consisting of Zinnur Rakhimov, Andrey Urban, Andrey Lunev) closed the top three winners with a score of 22 out of 33 points. In addition to the winning teams, 8 more teams also got a ticket to the finals: Gazprom Transgaz Kazan, Sevmash (Severodvinsk), PhosAgro (Cherepovets), KINEF (Kirishi), UEC - Saturn (Rybinsk), Leningrad NPP (Sosnovy Bor), T Plus Ural (Yekaterinburg), Kola MMC (Monchegorsk). The final will be held on Saturday, April 22.
